Robert Furniss of the Amtrak's Acela Express and built for high-speed trains for systems in Europe and China said the capacity does exit here but such business has been lack of demand in the economic sense.

Comment: Adam Smith was a professor of philosophy(including ethics) and economics. We need his expertise to be taught in schools similar to the courses by Confucius/Mencius in the East. Both the West and the East should honor ethics and morality for recovering the economic crisis in the 21st century.
